If you’re an Ambetter member, your plan renewal information is available in your Online Member Account. Just simply login and we’ll guide you through the renewal process!

Your Ambetter renewal letter will provide the details for your Ambetter coverage. You’ll receive this in the mail and it will also be available in your online member account. Be sure to review your plan details closely. If you don’t need to make any changes, we will automatically renew your coverage.
If you want to make changes, including enrolling in a different Ambetter plan, you can call us and we’ll help you explore other options. Open Enrollment this year is November 1 – January 15.
When Open Enrollment starts on November 1, you can call us at 1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711) and we can help you re-confirm your tax credit information. You’ll want to do this whether or not you received a tax credit last year. This will ensure you save as much as possible on your coverage. You can also go to healthcare.gov.

Yes. If you’re pleased with the details on your renewal letter and don’t want or need to make any changes, your Ambetter plan will automatically renew. Your coverage will start on January 1.
Your monthly premium amount may adjust for your new plan year coverage. When you receive your Renewal letter, be sure to review this closely. We have other plans that can offer you different monthly premium amounts and other out-of-pocket cost savings.
