Your Ambetter Health renewal letter will provide the details for your Ambetter Health coverage. You’ll receive this in the mail, and it will also be available in your online member account. Be sure to review your plan details closely. If you don’t need to make any changes, we will automatically renew your coverage. 

If you want to make changes, including enrolling in a different Ambetter Health plan, you can call us, and we’ll help you explore other options. Open Enrollment this year is November 1 – January 15. 

When Open Enrollment starts on November 1, you can call us at  1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711) and we can help you re-confirm your tax credit information. You’ll want to do this whether or not you received a tax credit last year. This will ensure you save as much as possible on your coverage. It depends on your tax information. Whether you received a tax credit last year or not, call us and we can help you update your information. You can also visit healthcare.gov. Be sure to do this to ensure your tax credit amount is up-to-date for your coverage.

Yes. If you’re pleased with the details on your renewal letter and don’t want or need to make any changes, your Ambetter Health plan will automatically renew. Please be sure to visit your Online Member Account to review any changes to your plan for 2024 as there are many factors that may have caused your plan to change. Your coverage will start on January 1. 

Just give us a call at 1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711).  We’ll help you explore other Ambetter Health plan options and benefits that work best for you and your family.

Your monthly premium amount may adjust for your new plan year coverage. When you receive your renewal letter, be sure to review this closely. We have other plans that can offer you different monthly premium amounts and other out-of-pocket cost savings. 

If the number of people in your household has changed, you may qualify for Special Enrollment. That means you can change your plan now. Give us a call today at 1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711).

When Open Enrollment is closed, you may still be able to enroll in a health insurance plan. To do so, you have to qualify for a Special Enrollment period. This happens when you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Give us a call at 1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711) and we can walk through your options.
